Smokus Focus jars take around 50-60 days to produce after initial deposit is received.

Please note that shipping times from our manufacturing facility may vary depending on the destination country and the shipping schedule of the vessel. Events related to weather, politics, natural disasters, and other causes can also cause delays that are out of Smokus Focus’ control. Customers ordering custom jars acknowledge these variables and do not hold Smokus Focus liable for delays resulting from such occurrences. Estimated ship dates are estimates and do not claim to report the exact date products will ship. Shipping from Smokus Focus Manufacturer can take 3-6 weeks depending on the country receiving the products.
US Domestic Shipping
Smokus Focus agrees to pay ocean freight and inland trucking for US domestic shipments.
International Shipping
Smokus Focus agrees to pay ocean freight for all international shipments. Customer agrees to pay inland trucking fees and customs duty.
Deposit (First 50%)
To begin production, Smokus Focus must receive a 50% deposit for all custom orders. All deposits are non
refundable.
Final Payment (Second 50%)
When the production of your custom order is completed, Smokus Focus will forward images for your approval. At this time, Smokus Focus must receive the second 50% payment for custom jars before they leave our supplier. Failure to do so will delay the arrival of your goods.
US Domestic Customs Clearance
Smokus Focus will handle customs clearance and duty fees with our broker for domestic shipments to the USA.
International Customs Clearance
The customer is required to hire your own local customs broker to handle with the entry of the goods. Smokus Focus will not be responsible for paying customs duty taxes that arise from bringing Smokus Focus products into a foreign country. This will be the sole responsibility of the customer (importer). It is critical that international customers purchasing jars from Smokus Focus have an adequate understanding of their local importing laws to make sure this process goes as smoothly as possible.
Smokus Focus will not be held responsible for delays that may occur during customs entry. Countries have varying degrees of scrutiny when it comes to importing products. Some countries take longer than others to process goods. Other countries require documents for clearance that we may not be aware of. We will help supply any documents to help the customer clear the goods but ultimately we will not be responsibility for any delays that occur during this process.
